For general support, email support@getghostvault.com. Include your purchase email, order number if available, GhostVault version, and a brief description of the issue.

License-specific help
License request files should be sent to the license email address. To help match your request to your purchase, send the request from the same email address used during checkout.

- Attach the license request file generated inside GhostVault
- Do not send private inventory data unless support specifically requests it
Do not send inventory data by default
GhostVault is designed for private local record keeping. Support normally does not need your inventory database, backups, firearm records, photos, or documents.
- Do not email your GhostVault database unless specifically requested
- Do not email encrypted or unencrypted backups unless specifically requested
- Do not email private photos or documents unless needed for support
- Remove personal information from screenshots when possible
Update support
GhostVault does not automatically check for updates. Customers can visit the Updates page or sign up for update notices.
